Cake Questions:

How far in advance should I order a cake?

Although we only require a 1-day minimum on all cake orders, you are more than welcome to place your order anytime, with as much notice as a year in advance! 

When will my cake be ready for pick up?

You may pick it up anytime within business hours for your specific location. There is no need to call and verify pick-up. As long as you received a confirmation email for your cake order, your order will be ready and waiting for you!

Can I customize a Celebration cake?

With a selection of three cakes and three frosting options, customers are able to select and customize their Celebration cake. 24 hours in advance notice is required for all cakes. 

What ingredients do you use?

For all treats prepared in-house, buddy's uses organic, natural, and local ingredients when available. You will never find artificial flavor or colors at buddy's barkery. All packaged treats include ingredients listed on the packaging.

Feel confident in knowing that all allergen (gluten-free, nut-free, and dairy-free) treats are prepared on a different day than treats and cakes that are crafted with any of the allergen ingredients.

Store Questions:

How long are buddy's fresh baked treats good for?

We recommend serving our bakery case treats and cakes within one week of purchase. For the freshest quality, we recommend refrigeration to extend shelf life. Packaged goods last longer and will be stamped with an expiration date.

What products do you carry?

Fresh Pet Vital, Shameless Pets, Love, Nala, Pet Honesty Supplements, First Mate, and much more!

Do you allow pets in the store?

Of course! All pets are welcome.

Can I meet Murphy?

Murphy is my co-baker, so he is always on duty during normal business hours!

General Questions:

How many treats should I feed my dog?

Our cakes and goodies are meant to be served as treats and should not be considered a meal replacement. We use wholesome ingredients that most dogs tolerate very well. 

What is your return/exchange policy?

At buddy's barkery, we stand behind our product 100% of the time. If you are ever not satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to give us the opportunity to make it right!

Do you ship?

We do not currently ship.

My dog has dietary restrictions and I am not sure if they can have your treats or cakes!
